Interesting night at The Institute of Education: Richard Dawkins and PZ Myers laid-back, let's all just have a chat about this, 'armchair' discussion on the wonder, the magic of nature, evolution and all. But, the talk was totally overtaken by a protest againt further education cuts; and who can blame them! Richard Dawkins has agreed to be a lecturer for a controversial new further Oxford education scheme where for the cost of £18,000 a year (the cost of educating somebody through Oxford) you can be privy to such. The night in all was inspiring and always make me leave feeling excited, and curious about these subjects of science. To the protesters and police: you handled yourselves well to your credit. Did a good job.
